roberto was lovely could not do enough for us ,room was lovely ensuite was beautyful location was fab shops everywhere and right by the vatacian so we could pop in and see the Pope anytime we wanted in all I would highly recommend breakfast 111 by the way the breakfast was lush as much toast as you want.

We were made very welcome on our arrival.

the accomodation was very clean and had everything we needed it was in a great location in a nice area near the vatican, also within walking distance to all other sites.

Roberto the taxi driver was waiting for us as requested with my name tag.

every morning Ronald and Donald prepared breakfast. Roberto the owner arrived one morning with hot croissants. The breakfast was great. Very clean and a beautiful courtyard.

Bed and Breakfast 111 was very clean, central and the people working there couldn't be more helpful and friendly. We were a party of five and all enjoyed our stay here. I already have recommended this place to my friends.

I really enjoyed the B&B and Ruberto and his staff were very helpful, giving us tips on where to dine and how to use the bus for transportation, and providing transportation from the airport and to the ship terminal. I recommend this place highly.

I stayed at 3 places while in Italy. Bed and Breakfas 111 was the best. Outstanding service and extremely helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Owner was extremely patient, friendly, and helpful. British Airways lost our luggage and Roberto made numerous phone calls to the airport and to the airlines to help track down our luggage. Without his help, we would probably still be waiting for out bags.
Bed and Breakfast 111 is within a few blocks of the nearest Metro station. St. Peter's is within easy walking distance. Bed and Breakfast 111 is quiet and secure. We felt very relaxed, comfortable, and safe during our stay. Roberto and his staff were always friendly and always willing to assist us.

A very nice place. If you want to stay somewhere with a friendly host, feel safe and secure during your stay, and be conveniently located, I would highly recommend Bed and Breakfast 111.

Checking in was easy. Even though we were 2 hours early, we were allowed to leave our bags in the lobby while we went and explored. Cola di Rienzo is a gorgeous street with shopping, cafes, and Piazza del Popolo right at the end of the street.

I would include that they will shuttle you from the airport. If I had known that, I would have probably gone through B&B 111 rather than the airport shuttles.

It was a wonderful place. Roberto, Ronny, and Donny were all very kind and showed us amazing hospitality. It was our first time to Europe and it was an incredible experience. The room was very clean and quiet with a beautiful view of the atrium. I loved the fact that the B&B is located near residential apartments. If we opened our window in the morning, we could sometimes hear sounds in the atrium of someone on the phone in an apartment. It made us feel almost like we lived there too.
The en suite bathroom was great as well as the armoire to store our clothes in. We loved exhausting ourselves exploring Rome and coming back to the B&B to relax in our quiet room before going out again for dinner. It really couldn't have been any better. We'll definitely stay there again next time.

The people at Bed and Breakfast 111 were very nice, place is clean and location is very convenient and safe. I hope they will continue to maintain the standard of cleanliness and keep adding new services for their guests.
Suggestion; to keep the pillow and mattress free from smell, use pillow and mattress proctectors which can be washed and cheaper to replace if need be but otherwise the place is clean, only the pillow I had smell a bit.
Maybe good to have a kettle for guests to boil water to make hot drinks in the evening/nights.

Rating: Very good, very good location, value for money. Bed and Breakfast is clean and in safe location especially for single traveller and there is plenty of restaurants around, it is also near the metro station so very convenient for traveling and to get to the metro/train coneection to the airport. Roberto although speaks limited English has his staff to help make up for him but Roberto is very nice and courteous.

We will recomend it for sure, location, price and quality. We were 4 and we had two rooms, one inf front of the other and at night we could also watch the Barcelona FC!!! Breakfast was also good and we joined it with two girls from another room, very small place so very familiar (they came out of the room with their pijama..feeling like at home, and we were closed to do the same)

A good B&B in a good location. The day before our departure, Roberto told us that taxi drivers in Rome was going to be on strike and he was very helpful trying to organise another form of transport to the train station for us.

My room was located very close to breakfast area and thus noisy but only during morning hours. It was just a minor inconveniance and I fully understand that this is B&B and most of the people leave it early to start site seeing. So it's not a complaint, just observation.

The accomodation is difficult to find for a new arrival to Rome. I would suggest that the landlord send insturctions by email when the accomodation is booked - stating that the b&b is on the second floor through the courtyard etc (although this would be less of an issue if the guests spoke fluent Italian as it would be easy for them to understand the instructions).

the room was very small. It was not too much of an issue for me as I was only there for a weekend and had a lot of activities planned however this may be an issue if a guest were staying longer.

On the positive side the accomodation was; comfortable, clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The location is excellent. the negatives were that the accomodation is often un-manned (the staff are only there in the mornings) so it is not always easy to get information and I had some problems with the key to the bedroom working when it was double locked which I had to resolve myself.

Taxi got us through the first door but neglected to lead us through the lst building, through the court yard, to the second building, the to the elevator to the 2nd floor. We were very confused and it took sometime before we were able to get to the place.

I dit not get twin beds during the first night, as it was agreeded in the voucher.

The air conditioning made too noise, so it was impossible for us to sleep having turned it on. It is a great inconvenience in summer.

B&B is not ideally located in the heart of Rome, it's quite retired...
